Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags
  • In its original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can look into the issue and make it right.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Opened items can only be returned if you’ve experienced an allergic reaction.
To process the return, please provide:

  • A doctor’s note confirming the reaction or
  • Clear photos showing the reaction

Return shipping costs are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns of opened products for other reasons.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the product you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
